Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return it free of charge within 28 days of delivery (some exclusions apply). We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange, provided the piece is returned to us unused, in its pristine original condition, and safely enclosed in its original packaging with the delivery note intact. Simply reach out to our team, and we will arrange your complimentary return.

We stand by our Lancashire heritage and the quality of our upholstery. In the unlikely event that your piece develops a manufacturing fault, you are fully protected:

  • Within the first 28 days: Once the item is returned (at no cost to you) and examined by our team, you may choose either a completely free repair or a full refund.

  • After 28 days (but within 1 year): Your piece remains covered under our 1-year guarantee. While standard refunds are no longer applicable after the first month, our skilled team will expertly repair the fault free of charge. If the piece is deemed irreparable, we will provide a direct replacement of the exact same product, ensuring your comfort is never compromised.

Every Old Bean piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, we know that occasionally, the unexpected happens in transit. If your item arrives damaged or you spot a fault, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Simply drop our team an email with a brief description and a few clear photos of the issue. We will review it immediately and work swiftly to put things right for you.

Changed your mind on the colour or realised another product would suit your space more?  We are more than happy to arrange an exchange. Provided your piece is unused, in its original condition, and safely in its original packaging, just reach out to us within 28 days of delivery. We will organise the complimentary return of your current item and swiftly dispatch your new choice, making the swap entirely effortless for you.
